To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay at SV ROOMS Hotel, we kindly invite you to familiarize yourself with our rules for booking, check-in, accommodation, and available services.

These Rules for Services at SV ROOMS Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) have been developed in accordance with the RF Law “On Consumer Protection,” based on the RF Government Decree No. 1853 dated November 18, 2020, approving the rules for providing hotel services in the Russian Federation, as well as RF Law No. 15-FL dated February 23, 2013, on the protection of citizens' health from exposure to tobacco smoke, tobacco product consumption, or nicotine-containing product consumption, and RF Law No. 152-FL dated July 27, 2006, on “Personal Data.” These rules govern the relationship between the Hotel and the Guest in the provision of hotel services and other additional and associated services (collectively referred to as “hotel services”).
These Rules constitute a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Kravchuk R.S. to an unlimited number of consumers interested in acquiring hotel services.
The Rules are available at the front desk and on the official hotel website.
Guest – a citizen of the Russian Federation, foreign citizen, or stateless person.
Visitors – individuals not residing at the Hotel but who are allowed to stay in a Guest’s room by invitation of a registered Guest, from 09:00 to 21:00, without registration or payment for accommodation.
Accommodation services are provided only after the Guest presents a valid identity document and makes full payment for all hotel services for the entire stay. By checking in, the Guest accepts the obligation to pay for services and comply with these Rules for the entire duration of their stay.
The Guest acknowledges and consents to the processing of personal data by the Hotel, as necessary for accommodation services, in accordance with RF Law No. 152-FL “On Personal Data.”
The Guest also acknowledges and does not object to the use of video surveillance systems within the Hotel premises (excluding guest rooms) to ensure safety.
Acceptance of these Rules and registration at SV ROOMS Hotel constitute the establishment of an accommodation service agreement.
The agreement between the Hotel and the Guest is formalized through a registration card containing the main booking conditions. By signing, the Guest confirms the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to the terms of stay. The agreement for accommodation services is deemed concluded upon signing.
Accommodation and Payment Policies at SV ROOMS Hotel:
SV ROOMS Hotel provides temporary accommodations for guests for an agreed period with the Hotel administration. The minimum stay is one day, and accommodations are available only for the paid period.
Accommodation fees and charges for additional services follow the Hotel’s price list as approved by the management on the booking confirmation date or the date of service. Rates are calculated based on a 24-hour billing cycle. For stays under 24 hours, a full-day rate is charged regardless of check-in and check-out times.

Rooms are available upon presentation of a valid ID for each guest and additional documents as required by Russian law:
- For Russian citizens: Russian passport, or foreign passport if residing outside Russia, or a temporary ID.
- For foreign citizens: foreign passport, visa (if required), and migration card.
- For stateless persons: recognized foreign-issued ID, temporary residence permit, or residence permit.
- For children under 14: birth certificate.
Guests under 14 are accommodated based on the accompanying adult's ID and authorization (such as parental consent).
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
Children’s accommodation: Children aged 0-6 stay free when sharing a family room without an extra bed. Children aged 7-17 are charged the full room rate. Extra beds may be available at an additional cost, per the price list.
Visitors: Visitors (maximum of two) may stay in a guest’s room from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM without registration or additional fees. After 9:00 PM, registration and payment for an extra person are required. The Hotel is not liable for any belongings if unregistered visitors are in the room.
Occupancy: The total number of guests in a room (excluding one child under 6) must not exceed the room’s capacity.
Guests should inform the Hotel reception of any desired extensions at least two hours before check-out time (12:00 PM local time). Extensions are granted based on room availability.
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to room availability, for an additional charge. Check-out after 12:00 PM and before 6:00 PM incurs a half-day charge, while check-out after 6:00 PM incurs a full-day charge. Early check-in between midnight and 2:00 PM is charged at half the daily rate.
For cancellations made less than three days in advance, late arrivals, or no-shows, a one-day rate will be charged. Reservations are canceled if the guest is more than a day late.
When booking, guests select a room category, but the specific room assignment within that category remains at the Hotel’s discretion based on availability.
All payments are in rubles and may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash at the Hotel.
Discounts apply only to standard rates for direct bookings made with the Hotel or through the Hotel’s website. Discounts cannot be combined, and apply only to accommodations.
Accommodation Rules:The Guest agrees to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the Hotel Rules:
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the Hotel premises.
- Handle Hotel property and equipment with care.
- Strictly follow fire safety regulations.
- Smoking is prohibited on the Hotel premises (including rooms and indoor spaces) except in designated outdoor areas.
- In case of loss or damage to Hotel property or failure to follow the non-smoking rule indoors, compensate for the damage according to the price list.
- Take responsibility for the actions of Visitors invited to their room, including ensuring they follow the Hotel Rules and take responsibility for any damages or non-compliance with the non-smoking policy.
- Respect quiet hours, observe moral and ethical standards, respect the rights of other Guests, and refrain from excessive alcohol consumption and inappropriate language in public areas.
- When leaving the room, turn off taps, close windows, switch off lights and electrical appliances, and lock the room door.
- Immediately report a lost room key to the Hotel administrator and cover the cost of replacement as per the price list.
- Upon expiration of the paid accommodation period, vacate the room, settle all outstanding payments for additional services, return the room key to the Hotel administrator, and complete the room check-out within 15 minutes.
Service Provision Rules:- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who appear to be intoxicated or exhibit inappropriate behavior (including actions that violate accepted moral standards, may harm the Hotel or others, or display conflict).
- The Hotel may deny further accommodation to a Guest in the event of rule violations or late payment for services.
- The Hotel reserves the right to change the Guest's room within the same category or upgrade it if necessary.
- Room cleaning is performed daily. If the Guest does not require cleaning, a “Do Not Disturb” sign should be placed on the door. Bed linens are changed every three days, while towels are changed daily or upon request.
- According to Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Hotel is responsible for the safety of Guests’ belongings within the Hotel, except for money, other valuables, securities, and items of special value. The Hotel is not liable for valuables not stored in the provided in-room safe. If a Guest notices any loss or damage to their belongings, they must immediately notify the Hotel administration; otherwise, the Hotel is not responsible for their safekeeping.
- The Hotel is not responsible for city utility issues (e.g., power, water, heating outages). However, the Hotel will take measures to provide essential services whenever possible.
- Hotel staff reserve the right to enter the room without prior consent in cases such as inspection of heating, electricity, or air conditioning systems, handling malfunctions, smoke, fire, flooding, or violations of these rules, public order, or appliance use guidelines.
- If lost items are found, the Hotel will take steps to return them to their owners. Items left by Guests are kept at the Hotel for six months.
- If a Guest’s stay period expires and they are absent from the room for more than one hour without payment, the Hotel will form a committee to inventory the Guest’s belongings, clear the room, place valuables in the safe at reception, and store other items in the Hotel’s storage area.

Hotel Rules and Restrictions:- Smoking (including cigarettes, other smoking and vapor devices, including electronic) is prohibited throughout the Hotel premises, including rooms and balconies, except for designated outdoor smoking areas (in compliance with Federal Law No. 15-FL of 23.02.2013). In case of non-compliance, the Hotel reserves the right to contact law enforcement to initiate administrative action against the Guest for smoking in restricted areas. Smoking in the room will require the Guest to cover the costs of additional cleaning (extended airing, odor neutralizers, washing/dry cleaning of curtains, tulle, and other fabrics) at a charge of 5000 RUB.
- Being on Hotel premises in a state of severe intoxication that disrupts the comfort of other Guests.
- Disturbing other Guests between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Leaving unauthorized individuals in the room or giving them the room key.
- Storing oversized items, flammable materials, or weapons.
- Using an electric kettle or hot plate in the room.
- Removing Hotel property from the room.
- Rearranging furniture within the room.
- Keeping animals or birds on the Hotel premises.
If damage or a smoking violation is confirmed, Hotel management will issue a Damage Report or Violation Report. Based on this report, the Guest must cover the cost of damages according to the price list, payable to the Hotel before the end of their stay. Damage from smoking includes costs for additional specialized room cleaning, such as extended ventilation, odor neutralizers, and laundering of curtains, drapes, and other textiles, charged at 5000 RUB.
FIRE SAFETY RULES
The Hotel is equipped with a modern fire alarm system with voice alerts.
Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan displayed on the first and second floors in the hallways near your room. Try to memorize the locations of exits and stairways on your floor in case of a fire emergency.
Smoking (including cigarettes and all types of smoking or vapor devices, including electronic) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED throughout the Hotel premises, in compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 15-FL of 23.02.2013. Please smoke only in the designated smoking area, using the provided ashtray. Disposing of cigarette butts on Hotel premises is PROHIBITED!
To ensure fire safety, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:
- Do not use personal heating devices in the room (kettles, irons, hot plates, etc.).
- Do not cover any lamps or lighting fixtures with towels or other items.
- Do not bring or store flammable or explosive materials in the room.
- When leaving the room, turn off the television, air conditioner, and all lights.
In case of fire, immediately notify the Hotel administrator or contact the fire or emergency services at 101 or 112 from a mobile phone.
In case of a fire in your room:
Close the windows. Take measures to extinguish the fire. If you are unable to put out the fire yourself:
- Collect your documents and valuables.
- Leave the room, closing the door without locking it.
- Exit the danger zone and follow the instructions of the hotel staff or fire department.
If the corridors and stairwells are heavily smoked and you cannot exit, stay in your room, keeping the door tightly closed. To avoid smoke inhalation, seal the gaps and ventilation openings with wet towels, stay as low to the ground as possible, and breathe through a damp towel. Inform the administrator of your location. When the fire department arrives, approach the window and signal for help.
You can wait out the fire on the balcony, closing the balcony door behind you.
Stay calm and do not panic.
